You establish trustful relationships with stakeholders, vendors and learners in a complex, global and interdependent organization. Working effectively through collaboration you enable prioritization and evaluate short and long-term outcomes.

No two days are the same, however on a typical day you aim to support the business through your experience and knowledge within the L&D area, constantly improving our tools and processes.
As an example, you will:
• Listen, analyze and advice the business by converting their competence development needs, to be able to develop and deliver different development initiatives or relevant learning solutions.
• Secure relevant communication and content are accessible for all co-workers in our meeting places through our Learning Communication Platforms and actively work in our Learning Management System, My Learning
• Collaborate with the wider Learning & Development community within Ingka Group, to learn, develop solutions and share best practices supporting a constant learning organization.

As a Learning & Development Specialist you will be a part of the People & Culture team at Ingka Centres & report to the Talent Development Manager. You will be based out of one of our main hubs, in Malmö, Madrid or Warsaw, working closely with a small team ambitious and competent Learning & Development Specialists as well as with a wider Talent Development Team.
