As we are currently building the organization within NEVS and growing fast and we need to strengthen our HR function.

We are now looking for a Learning & Development Specialist!





The HR department at NEVS which you will become a part of are currently organized in different functions. You will be a part of the HR team supporting Engineering & product development, Q&E, Staffs and S&M. The team will consist of two HR business partners who together with the HR Area Manager will bring qualitative HR support to the organization. The team is also responsible for the Competence management, Talent management and People development dialogue processes within the company.



Description of your role

As Learning & Development Specialist you will be responsible for development of an organizational training strategy, identify training and development needs and drive suitable training initiatives.

In your role as Learning & Development Specialist you will support the organization and be the overall coordinator for issues related to Competence management.



The NEVS organization is growing fast and we are facing great opportunities as we are building our organization in China. Training of colleagues from China and transfer of knowledge within the NEVS organization will be one of our main focuses for the coming years. In this role you will be an important part of this process.



Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:

- Drive strategic and practical planning of Learning & development activities.
- Analyze competence gaps on different levels in the company.
- Support leaders with recommendations on Learning & development activities both on individual and team levels.
- Actively follow the news and trends within the Learning & development area in the industry.
- Responsibility for induction program, Leadership program and other company wide training initiatives.
- Take an active part in planning and implementation of activities supporting the transfer of competence and knowledge between our sites in Sweden and China.
- Coordination of internal trainings i.e. Training catalogue, documentation, registration, administration.
- Act as contact person to both internal and external education and training partners.



Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

- BSc in Human Resource.
- Relevant experience from HR work, Minimum 5 years.
- Previous experience from working with Learning & development and competence management.
- Experience working with MS office.
- Experience and knowledge in Learning management systems is valuable.
- Experience from working within a global organization



You master English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

- Have good communication skills, and the ability to present in front of a crowd or group,
- Have a mind for organizing and the ability to plan and prioritize.

NEVS is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
