As Learning & Development Partner, you will play an important role in delivering our organizational and talent development strategies. Your role will include a wide range of responsibilities such as crafting learning designs, facilitating trainings, developing onboarding processes, working both with our global onboarding process and onboarding tailored to specific groups with large hiring volumes.
You will enable our growth through collaborating with multiple teams across the organization as the point of contact, ensuring the effectiveness of the performance management and talent review processes and optimizing learning design with best case practices and latest tools in AI. Additionally, you'll provide support for our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.

Design and deliver world-class training programs: Craft learning experiences that inspire and empower our team members.
Build a world-class onboarding experience: Elevate the onboarding experience to provide introduction for our new members.
Foster a sustainable learning culture and growth mindset: Work with various teams across organization to facilitate individual and team growth.
Advance our DEI Initiatives: Take our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts forward to become a role model in employing individuals with disabilities or neurodiversity.
Innovate with AI: Manage the spotlighted content with relevant and impactful training content and optimize Workday Learning (LMS)
Support our talent management activities: Be part of delivering key processes such as our engagement survey, goal setting, Growth Talks, talent reviews and succession management.
Perform various duties as assigned to support change initiatives.
About you
If you are a professional specialized in learning with an interest in broadening skills in talent development processes, this is a great opportunity for you! In this new role, you will collaborate closely with Therese, our Head of Talent & Organizational Development, to shape the future of learning at Dynavox Group, while broadening your skills in employee engagement, performance review, and talent review.

We are seeking the following qualifications:
Recent achievements in driving and developing onboarding processes.
Advanced skills in designing learning modules and development offerings.
Employee engagement knowledge and experience (e.g. surveys, data analysis, and action planning)
Experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is appreciated.
Admin experience on Workday or experience working with Workday Learning and Talent modules is a plus.
Project Management skills and experience (PM certification is a plus)
Time management and prioritization skills.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
Interpersonal skills to interact professionally with various levels across the organization.
Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal. German is a plus.
