hela Sverige We have an immediate opening for a Learning & Development Manager at AkzoNobel Specialty Chemicals in the Nordics.
• Contribute to the overall global Talent-, Capability-, Learning & Development agenda for Specialty Chemicals, including policy development
• Regionally implement global L&D policies, processes and programs including the facilitation and delivery of trainings
• Engage and consult with Nordic Management Teams and the HR Business Partner community regularly to understand capability related issues
• Conduct annual L&D needs analysis to define the regional offering aligned with the Global CoE
• Design, develop and deliver global and regional L&D programs
• Select and manage local and regional vendors
• Contribute to the design and development of global initiatives by providing input based on knowledge of best practices and local needs
• Work with local businesses to standardize and centralize local and regional learning process, administration and offerings to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Keep up to date on best practices and any legal, fiscal or organizational changes which may impact the L&D arena
• Measure impact of L&D program in line with CoE KPIs and ROI
• Provide solutions for complex L&D issues received from HR Services or HR Business Partners
• Budget responsibility for Nordic Learning & Development
• Deliver learning communication, e.g. newsletter
• Reviewer of L&D translations into local language
• Focal point for LMS in region
• BSc or higher degree in Psychology, HR or Business Administration
• 6+ years' experience in HR including at least 2 years in Learning & Development
• Track record in project management of program design, development & delivery
• Experienced in translating customer needs into learning solutions
• Knowledge of reporting and measurement processes for L&D programs
• Experienced in external benchmarking, including keeping track of trends in L&D
• Track record in identifying, selecting and commercially negotiating with external partners
• Ability to facilitate, coach and effectively deliver training
• Preferably qualifications in coaching and the use of psychometric tools
• Conceptual, analytical and result-oriented with problem solving capability
• Customer oriented with a collaborative, engaging style
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence senior level stakeholders
• Strong coach and developer of people, effective at deploying available resources
• Excellent verbal and written English language
