Your future challenge
You will join the People & Organization department within the Husqvarna Group, Sweden. We deliver world class HR support in order to effectively drive the development and implementation of business strategies, programs and processes.
You are responsible for developing, implementing and following up on all existing talent management processes within your area of responsibility.
Your working group
You will be a part of our People & Organization team which is a Shared Service Center based in Huskvarna. The team consists of 17 people. You report directly to the People & Organization Director for Sweden.
Through strategic collaboration and partnership with the managers in the business, our team works proactively to attract, develop and maintain a culture of diversity and high performance among employees. We want to maximize individual and organizational growth and thereby ensure Husqvarna Group's position as an attractive employer by encourage a healthy, safe and productive work environment for our employees.
Your role
We need to strengthen our team by recruiting a Learning & Development Manager. You will be focusing on implementing and monitoring the competence and leadership activities. You will be a part of the team running the project Learning Organization, that currently consists of four priority areas; Career Paths, e-Learning, Talent programs and Onboarding.
In the role as the Learning & Development Manager, you will also together with colleagues develop and follow up on our local and global processes such as Performance Review, Talent Review, Survey Team and recruitment.
You have the mandate to negotiate within your area of responsibility.
Who are you
Qualifications
Professional and academic HR background with at least +5 years' experience in Human resources or similar.
Preferably you have worked in an international manufacturing company. You need to have experience of working with development in the field of learning organizations and used to train others.
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Strong project management skill
Strong business interest and understanding
Characteristics
As a person, you have very good communication skills and the willingness and ability to develop good relationships with the organization's managers and colleagues at the local- and global People & Organization Department.
You are working in an independently, proactively and structured way.
You are a team player with a prestigeless mindset. You like working in a fast pace and can handle stress in a solution-oriented way.
