In charge of creating, executing, and assessing training programs and initiatives to improve the abilities and understanding of staff members. As the Learning and Development Specialist, your main responsibility is to promote a culture of ongoing learning and growth within the company. Using your strong networking abilities and business knowledge, you prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure the successful implementation of learning projects.
What you will be responsible for:
• Taking on and contributing to projects aimed at creating and implementing different learning initiatives and programs that support the company's overall strategy.
• Providing resources and support to leaders in order to enhance the skills and abilities of their teams.
• Establishing and enhancing a structure for internal trainers.
• Plan, implement, and develop different types of orientation programs for new employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of development plans to support employees in maximizing their learning experiences.
• Create top-notch training resources, such as slideshows, interactive workshops, and multimedia.
• Oversee the Learning Management Platform (Successfactors, SAP).
• Assure learning content is up-to-date, relevant and aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Learning & Development position, preferably in a global setting. This role requires expertise in project management and the creation of learning development programs. It is important to stay updated on effective learning and development methods and have knowledge of e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems. Having digital skills and an interest is a bonus. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential as we are a multicultural company. A university degree in HR, psychology, or a related field is also required.
