hela Sverige We are now looking for result orientated Learning and Development Manager who can join our team and drive our transformation of a new ways of working in the L&D area.
The ideal candidate has a broad experience of working in global organizations in HR roles as well as Learning & Development, a track record in successful project management of program design, development and delivery.
You will have responsibility for the Learning & Development and one learning employee reporting to you. You will work closely together with the global L&D team and local Center of Expertise (CoE?s). We work in a global /matrix organization, with a strong customer focus. Team spirit and cooperation across functions are highly valued within our organization.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Locally implements global L&D policies, processes and programs including the facilitation and delivery of trainings
• Conducts an annual L&D needs analysis to define the local offering aligned with the Global CoE
• Designs, develops and delivers (internally or outsourced) local L&D programs aligned with global L&D policies
• Selects and manages local vendors
• Contributes to the design and development of global initiatives by providing input based on local needs, knowledge and best practices
• Works with local businesses to standardize and centralize local learning process, administration and offerings to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Measures impact of L&D program in line with CoE KPIs and ROI
• Provides solutions for complex L&D issues received from HR Services or HR Business Partners
• Budget responsibility for Local Learning & Development
Job requirements / Candidate profile
Qualifications
• Bachelors/Masters degree ideally in Business Administration, Psychology or HR
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in HR including at least 2 years in Learning & Development in global organizations?
• Experienced in assessing the needs of the customers and translating these into appropriate learning solutions
• Experience from L&D projects that impacted more than one country
• Ability to facilitate, coach and effectively deliver training
• Proven track record in identifying, selecting and commercially negotiating with external partners
• Qualifications in the use of psychometric tools and coaching is a plus
• Knowledge and experience in the use of Learning Management Systems is a plus
To be successful in this position you have to be self-going and result driven, customer orientated with influence and problem solving skills. You have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, being able to build good relationships. You are fluent in Swedish and English both written and verbally. You have a conceptual and analytical mind and as a person you are positive with high integrity and have a business sense. You are able to drive change and improvements with high engagement in the organization.
Additional information
This is a permanent position on a full time basis starting immediately, reporting to the Director Learning & Development AkzoNobel and the position is based in Bohus.
