The position
Cambio is looking for a Learning Designer to join our growing People Success (HR) team in Stockholm.
This is a new role in People Success and we are looking for someone who can advise us where to start our L&D journey and also operationally drive the L&D part of People Success.
One of your most important tasks as Learning Designer will be to create digital trainings that will be published in our LMS Workday. You will work closely with the Subject Matter Experts in the People Success team, and together with them write scripts, produce e-learning and short videos. You will support the Cambio organization and be the go-to person when it comes to learning & development queries for HR.
As Learning Designer you will be part of our People Success Team, reporting to our Chief People Success Officer, who is based in Stockholm. Cambio's office is located in newly renovated facilities on Drottninggatan, close to Rådmansgatan's subway station.
About you
We believe that the person we are looking for is a creative person who can work in a structured way according to the company's goals and processes but also follow the strategy set by the company and the PS team.
You are a person who gets excited over the opportunity to be able to build the foundation for L&D in PS. You enjoy change and are driven by the opportunity to make a change.
Since this position is new, we think it is important that you are a self-starter who can work independently but values collaboration as well. You are a social person who likes to build a network around the organization.
Requirements
• You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as: HR, Psychology, Learning/Education
• You have experience from working with learning & development
• You are a good communicator and used to talk to stakeholders at different levels and parts of the organization?
• You have a strategic approach when planning learning outcomes and a practical attitude when it comes to learning solutions
• You have a passion for knowledge sharing, psychology, learning design and people development
• You like to work in a changing and high paced environment with great colleagues
• You have experience from working with a LMS
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written
Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping
At Cambio we value a healthy work-life balance, and to encourage that we apply a hybrid working-model. Together with your team you decide which days you work at the office. On the remaining days you can work remotely from home, but you are always more than welcome to work at the office too.
Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
