So, how would your day look?
Half of your time, you are a part of our office life located in either Göteborg or Stockholm as the Learning Design Lead. You consult with our core team members internally to facilitate powerful learning interventions- from video production, to material creation, to eLearning design, to cutting edge techniques in a f2f environment. You might not develop all the materials yourself but you are a resourceful and responsible for their development. Curating materials from the latest thinking in psychology, pedagogy and behavioural science is an exciting challenge for you. You work with a Digital Designer and you are able to lead numerous projects at the same time with attention to client delivery, facilitating the real change, and quality. You have an eye for graphic design as well.
The other half of your time you are finding solutions with a client that focus on real change and working directly with your own client base; whether F2F, virtual, or digital. You are also able to stand up and deliver these learning experiences.
Who thrives in this environment?
Ultimately, we are looking for a person that is passionate about facilitating a real change; a person that gets energy out of working with others in a high-paced and agile environment. This person should have university credentials and a backpack of tools like Kirkpatrick, Agile learning, Bloom's, ADDIE as different companies apply different tools. As we are a small and growing company, an entrepreneurial mindset is a must. We are looking for someone fluent in both English and Swedish.
