The Learning Development team are looking for you who are interested in planning and coordinating the learning activities within CEVT Academy and our training facilities.
We, Ellen and Marie, are looking for a new colleague to our Learning Development team. In our team we drive both strategic learning initiatives within e.g. leadership development and corporate culture. We are also responsible for CEVT Academy which is our course catalogue for all people at CEVT. We have a strong interest in human behavior, continuous learning and to support and develop each other.
As Learning Coordinator in our team you will have operational responsibility for learning activities within CEVT Academy and take lead on maintaining and developing our Learning Management System (LMS). With around 70 different learning activities up and running continuously your role as coordinator is key to have all trainings and activities run smoothly. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating different learning activities and our learning facilities as well as being the interface for both internal and external trainers and often also the interface for the people at CEVT participating in learning activities. We have just implemented a new LMS system, SuccessFactors, and part of your role is to take ownership over the Learning module. This means both administration such as updating course library and continuously develop the system and it's functionalities. As Learning Coordinator you will also support the team with purchase administration, event coordination as well as contributing to the overall development of the learning and development team.

With a couple of years of working experience in your baggage, we believe you are used to coordinate projects or events and are a good at building and maintaining relationships. As our team has an agile working approach we are seeking for a flexible team member who likes to drive and deliver projects in your field and are good at prioritizing and taking decisions. Since we are a small team with many different strategical and operational activities on our table, we hope that you both enjoy being part of our team and simultaneously are independent and courageous, finding ways to solve the challenges within your areas.
