Tasks
The main responsibility of a Learning Consultant is to support the business by analysing competence needs, designing and proposing optimal learning and performance improvement solutions. It is also about supporting our customer in the journey to become a learning organisation.
You will work in a group of ten positive and driven employees and several of the assignments will take place in cross-functional teams within the Academy as well as together with external partners.
Profile
• You have an interest in pedagogical/andragogical theories and principles, such as adult learning, learning styles and evaluations.
• You listen and communicate openly, honestly, and respectfully with different audiences, promoting dialogue and building consensus
• You are interested in new technologies within learning
• You want to contribute to behavioural changes - maybe you have been a trainer or facilitated workshops.
• You are fluent in English and Swedish, in speech and in writing.
• You prefer to work in a team, sharing responsibility, offering and accepting help when needed. We believe in strong teams and put pride in succeeding together!
