Talent & Organizational Development is responsible for design and delivery of global training programmes and other learning activities, supporting the growth of our business.
Learning Centre Processing Lund is the hub responsible for the coordination of the other learning centres at Tetra Pak. You will be responsible to secure and manage recourses, forecast portfolio and Learning Center budget.
As a Portfolio manager, you will lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of our global learning programmes. You will have an important and supporting coaching role for our instructors and subject matter experts.
You will belong to a small and dedicated team, having the opportunity to influence your own professional role.
Main Responsibilities
• Manage Processing Learning Centre Lund and coordinate the other learning centres.
• Analyse, develop, deliver and maintain our global learning concepts and methods.
• Design, develop, deliver, evaluate learning within your portfolio.
• Support, coordinate and coach the global network of local instructors and subject matter experts.
• Responsible to coordinate all relevant local courses to global portfolio to avoid double maintenance. Coordinate the local portfolio with the local course owner
• Coordinate our business unit's portfolios
Qualifications
We are looking for a creative new colleague, passionate about learning. You enjoy networking and sharing knowledge and you have the ability to build trust and good relations globally. Your personal drive is strong and you like taking the overall responsibility and continuously develop your area of expertise.
We value former experience of manage, develop, deliver and evaluate learning as well as strong motivation to develop within this area. Experience from the food or processing industry is highly appreciated. You hold a university degree in engineering or equivalent and your English skills are excellent, spoken as well as written.
This is a temporary position for one year, with very good opportunities to extend the contract. The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
