As Lean Specialist in Carlsberg you will lead and support the E2E Carlsberg Excellence Implementation for a defined brewery/breweries and customer supply chain operations. You will actively participate in CBN/3YP and yearly Policy Deployment of the brewery and customer supply chain and drive necessary actions to deliver short term targets. As Lean Specialist it is your responsibility to lead or support the Focused Improvement cycle with clear identification of priorities, full eradication of losses and setting standards to prevent recurrence. The position also includes day- today tasks like:
• Train, Coach and Assess the implementation of the full Carlsberg Excellence Journey including foundations and all 9 pillars
• Support implementation of standards, continuous internal and external benchmarking and best practices sharing
• Support capability building and organization design according to Carlsberg standard
The Carlsberg Excellence Specialist reports to Carlsberg Excellence Manager and located in Falkenberg.

Job Requirements
You have University degree within Supply Chain or equivalent and at least one years' experience within a production environment role (direct responsibly). We are looking for you who has proven experience in managing change, and implement improvement programs (Operational Excellence, Lean, TPM, SixSigma) to achieve budgeted targets. It is mandatory to be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
To be successful in this role you must personally be very communicative and have good interpersonal skills. You are sympathetic and humble and have always found it easy to connect with all kinds of people.
