In the Operations Product Group Parts, our focus is to deliver spare parts with the right quality at a competitive price, according to agreed delivery times. We are now looking for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
We are looking for a "Change Agent" with a passion for improvements. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, you are a key figure in the company's development and quality work. The role offers challenges as well as an opportunity for personal growth.
Responsibilities:
In the position as LSS BB, you will drive improvement projects and activities within the organization's processes using the DMAIC methodology and our standardized processes. You are also involved in the development of Alfa Laval's production systems ALPS. The results are continuously reported in different steering groups.
Another important task is to develop and improve the Alfa Laval's Lean Six Sigma program. This include the training and coaching of the White- and Green Belts, and to participate in the Global Parts PG LSS team, Global Core Team and work with follow-up of our statistics in our measurement systems.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who already is a Black belt or alternatively have the ambition to become a Black belt.We expect you to have an MSc in Engineering or a University Degree. You have project management experience and excellent computer skills. You speak and write English very well, since this is our corporate language.
The position requires you to be analytical, proactive, results-and goal-oriented and able to work under pressure. It is important that you find it easy to motivate and engage people, to work in teams as well as independantly. It is essential that you see things in a process oriented way and from a broader perspective.
