As a Lean and Operational Excellence Manager, you will get an important responsibility to lead the competence area of lean in Enics. Your role will be to establish and improve lean and lean culture in Enics.
But not only this. You will also:
Be responsible for lean to build needed productivity improvements and waste elimination to grow according to strategy,
Be part of creating lean strategy and guidelines,
Set up and execute lean action plans for all our sites,
Take responsibility for lean related organization in all our sites globally and lead the expert team.

We expect you to be located close to one of our locations in Europe (Elva in Estonia, Vantaa in Finland, Nova Dubnica in Slovakia, Västerås in Sweden or Turgi in Switzerland) and be willing to travel when needed.
Keep reading! We are looking for you if you:
Have a strong experience and background of industrial engineering and production management, lean systems and lean manufacturing,
Have good skills in manufacturing technology, quality and process development,
Are a natural leader and have excellently led a global team,
Are business oriented and have good financial knowledge,
Are results-oriented, good in collaboration, agile, stress-tolerant and clear in communication,
Have excellent written and spoken English.
