Agiltec is hiring a Lean / Agile Coach for our Gothenburg and Stockholm offices. We are looking for seasoned professionals looking to make an impact - both for our customers as well as in their personal career.

As a Lean / Agile coach you will work closely with our clients to ensure Agile Frameworks are understood and enacted. You will train and coach Agile teams on Agile practices, Lean thinking, techniques, semantics ensuring that all team related ceremonies take place and those that attend understand their purposes. You should have a learning mindset, ready to experience new ideas and situations regularly. We want someone who likes to solve problems. Clients don't come to us when the problem is easy.

You are a servant leader and have strong experience as a strategist, facilitator, conflict resolution and team builder. You help employees and stakeholders understand and enact empirical product development. You will ensure Agile metrics are being tracked, monitor them for indications of potential problems, and assist organizations to implement solutions to those problems.

You are a facilitator, trainer, coach, and mentor for the team, organization, and enterprise. You will need to be able to take a pragmatic approach in coaching teams with the ability to adapt based on the agile "readiness" of the organization you are working in. You may at times fill various roles based on organizational needs and your own abilities, including: Scrum Master, Team Coach, and Enterprise Coach.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Agile Coach
• 3+ Experience executing Agile programs in large, complex environments.
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of and experience with Agile frameworks, concepts and methods.
• Possessing prior experience coaching senior management in Lean / Agile adoption
