WHO YOU ARE
As our new Leadership Research and Development Specialist you are eager to support a leadership movement in INGKA with an offset in our values, belief in people and shared leadership. In this role you will be part of transforming IKEA by strengthening our leadership practices and culture.
As a person you are reflective, collaborative, ambitious and a fast learner. Naturally you are an ambassador of the IKEA culture and values. The role requires the ability to confidently navigate in a complex and interdependent environment with many HR Professionals and functional leads.
In this role you will be part of transforming leadership development from classroom sessions to daily practices with support from digital communication platforms.
We expect you have minimum 3-5 years' experience working in the field of learning, leadership and talent development preferable in a global matrix organization or similar complexity. You have an academic background and experience in designing leadership development learning solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a part of IKEA and Center of Expertise, you will together with our team in Leadership & Change have a global assignment to develop a comprehensive leadership learning offer - securing high relevance for our 24.000 leaders and 160.000 co-workers.
You possess knowledge within the following areas:
• Leadership Development concepts and theories
• New trends within learning, organisations, change and transformation
• Research methodologies
• Learning design and digital communication
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
