Unilever Nordics is looking for a Leadership and Talent Development Manager
Our vision is to be the best and most attractive employer within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of Learning, Talent and Leadership Development for Unilever in the Nordic region.
As a Leadership and Talent Development Manager you are part of the European Leadership Development Team. You will report to the European Talent Director with a dotted line to the Nordic HR Director. You will have one person reporting to you; a Nordic Talent and Learning Specialist. The Nordic HR Business Partners will be your most important stakeholders, with whom you will work closely on a day to day basis.
Placement: Solna, Stockholm
Key responsibilities
• Making Unilever Nordics the best talent magnet in FMCG, amongst students as well as young professionals.
• Deploying talent acquisition strategies to ensure we have the talent to meet current and future business needs i.e through the Nordic Trainee and Internship Programmes.
• Making the development of our employees, key talents and leaders in a point of reference in the Nordics.
We expect you to be the expert in the areas of recruitment, employer branding and talent management. In this role you will have the strategic responsibility for the recruitment processes according to Unilever's best practice and standards. You will ensure that we are best in class in attracting, assessing, selecting and developing our talents. You will also lead internal leadership and development programmes, drive our Nordic performance culture, as well as our employer branding strategy, including budgetary responsibility.
On top of this you are likely to be involved in and lead projects on a European level, to what extent and in what detail is depending on your background and experience.
Background
We believe that you have an academic degree and at least 5 years experience in Talent and/or Learning and Development from a leading company. You are driven and highly result oriented with a customer focused mind-set and strong abilities to prioritize. You enjoy working independently and take own initiatives. The position requires strong communication skills and you need to be fully fluent in written and spoken English.
Experience from a people management role and from having worked as a HR Business Partner is beneficial. As you will work in a multi cultural working environment it is also advantageous to have international experience.
