Now we are looking for a Leadership and competence developer to join our People & Culture team at IMC!
In this assignment you will work with competence for all co-workers at IMC as well as for our matrix assignment to the Business Areas at IKEA of Sweden. We develop learning initiatives with different levels of complexity based on the needs of our co-workers and our business.
Your main responsibilities in this assignment will include:
Based on competence need develop learning initiatives and solutions according to the IKEA learning development process, guidelines and framework.
Develop learning in different formats such as e-learning, workshops, facilitated online trainings etc depending on the needs from the business.
Understand the reality of the learner and be a great speaking partner to the competence development area leaders and business stakeholders in developing and maintaining the different learning initiatives.
Responsible for securing quality, IKEA tone of voice and look and feel of the learning solutions in the offer
Lead the review process of existing learning solutions and in close collaboration with the content owners ensure that content is relevant and up to date.
Ensure that the IKEA values guide the development of learning products, which should be recognizable in the learning design, the IKEA identity, the cost/price and the learning products' ability to last over time.
As a member of our team you will also facilitate learning initiatives as part of your role.
You will contribute to constantly developing and improving the ways of working with learning at IKEA Marketing & Communication
