Position Description Leader Product Targets, Product platform WL
Job summary
Drives product targets and activities to maximize gross margin and minimize product cost
Core Responsibilities:
Drive Business follow up of Wheel loaders
Manage Cost/margin improvement projects and activities
Work closely with the Gross margin Board and Gross margin council
Work with Business related projects and activities supporting the WL-business
Support activities to meet the Product strategies & KPIs
Develop product targets visualization and analysis
Support ownership in product targets
Establish required routines and decision-making processes within the given activities
Display and secure project/activity progress
Arrange meetings/reviews with relevant reference groups
Establish project assessments and status reporting
Required Competencies
Strong leadership skills
Holistic approach. Ability to identify and deliver solutions securing profitability from an overall enterprise perspective
Strong Experience in Business and Marketing
Experience from project management
Good knowledge about GDP
Experience from Product Development
Knowledge and experience of Construction equipment
Good communication skills
Experience in managing staff
3+ years of experience within Engineering
Excellent spoken and written English
Minimum Education Required
University degree in Engineering or similar field
