Your Mission
Within this role you will be responsible to gather end user requirements, develop user journeys, wireframes, and mock-ups; as well as designing graphic elements and building UX design components for your DevOps team to develop. You will have the opportunity to manage the work collaboratively for your team of UX designers and content creators to create outstanding customer facing digital solutions and set the standard for our industry.
You will have an important role in setting the direction for how our digital solutions are designed and how they are to be interacted with from an end user perspective. In your work, you will also be responsible for ensuring that our UX work conducted in each sprint can be properly demoed to stakeholders and you will occasionally support with creating content for internal use in presentations, intraweb, for training- & video material and alike.

We believe you have strong knowledge of interaction design, design thinking, user-centered experience design, brand identity management, digital marketing and the creative process. You have demonstrated competence and expertise of design projects and up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and prototyping/wireframing. Furthermore you have in-depth familiarity with the latest trends in user experience.
As our corporate language is English, strong written and verbal communication skills in English is required.
Location and travel
This position can be located in Örebro or Stockholm, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
