If yes - then Lead Test Engineer Durability is the job for you! ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead Test Engineer Durability we offer you an interesting and developing environment. The work is varying and challenging so a flexible mindset is very valuable. You will analyze, verify and estimate strength and fatigue life for components and systems in the truck. This is done by testing and measurements in rigs and proving ground.As a Lead Test Engineer Durability you will play an important role, not only by leading the feature development and strategy, you will also act as a role model to secure a solid quality mindset throughout the organization. Another important part of your responsibility will be to lead, guide and coach the other test engineers in their work. Some of your other key responsibilities will be to:Identify verification needs for existing and new technologiesDevelop and improve test codes and methodsManage networking across the organization, as well as influencing the work in other sitesDesired qualifications and experienceWe believe that you have M.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalentWe want you to have at least five years of experience from fatigue testing within automotive industryWe require that you have working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written EnglishPersonal qualitiesWe believe that you have a genuine interest in the automotive industry and mechanical testing. You have a curiosity to find out how things work and practical work comes natural for you. You are well organized, structured, have a holistic view and a global mindset.
