Our group, Transmission Verification, consist of 11 highly skilled and passionate colleagues working in different roles. We put our world-class gearboxes for both electrical and conventional powertrains to the test, pushing them to the limit and beyond. We work with all types of physical verification ranging from component level to complete vehicles and NVH for both electrical and conventional propulsion. We are both curious data nerds and pragmatic inventive hands-on troubleshooters. We want to make a difference by being there for our colleagues and customers by securing reliable, safe and quiet products.

We are now seeking for a Lead test engineer - Energy Efficiency; working with complete powertrain and gearbox verification, with an energy efficiency focus, for most of Volvo groups products ranging medium duty electric buses to conventional heavy duty trucks.

You are passionate about optimization of a complete powertrains for both electrical and conventional propulsion. Working with physical verification, measurement technology, applied statistics and test data analysis inspires you.

QUALIFICATIONS
M.Sc. Engineering
Extensive experience in testing of heavy duty powertrains primary on a complete system level in respect to energy management and energy efficiency for both conventional and electrical propulsion
Knowledge in applicable tools including but not limited to gearbox tester and ATI Vision
C ( E ) drivers license
