Lead Software Engineer - Customer Engagement Platform
In Lynk & Co the Customer Engagement Platform team is responsible to provide tools to Lynk & Co employees that enable us to deliver an efficient, personalized and contextualized end user experience.
What you'll do
• Guide software engineers within a product team to develop according to best practice
• Align with Lead Software engineers from other product teams and Solution Architect
• Shared responsibility for testing, releasing, and maintenance
• Work with POs, Bas, and designers to define solutions Specialist knowledge in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules
• Customize and develop Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure Functions
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
What you should have
• Startup and open mindset
• Proactive communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative environment
• Previous knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules
• Hands-on and willing to make things happen
