We are now creating a new unit, Digital X, to work across our company to excel in our digital offerings to our clients. In Digital X we will work with the digital strategy and overall portfolio, together with colleagues in all parts of our company. We will manage the lifecycle of digital solutions, including development, maintenance and operation; and we will support the sales of those solutions.

The Lead Scrum Master role responsibility includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
Defines principal ways-of-working for the Digital Factory
Coaches solution owners of first DigitalX solutions to apply most suitable ways-of-working for the development
Defines principles of test automation and initiates their application across all of DigitalX's solutions
Ensures application of pre-defined ways-of-working for Digital Factory, and supports solution owners in adhering to the techniques
Continuously monitors the innovation spectrum for novel ways-of-working, and implements the most suitable ones at DigitalX
Who are you?
Competence Profile:
Experience around digital development methodologies, e.g. lean agile, SAFe, DevOps
Customer focus and results orientation
Hands-on experience of software development with modern agile development methodologies
Ability to coach others in applying modern development principles
Ability to work in uncertain environment and hands-on attitude to problem solving
