We are looking for a driven Lead Sales & Save Broadband & TV to join our Customer Service Partner Management team. We are a part of Digital & Service department within Consumer Division. Telenor is rapidly heading towards a digital and data driven future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wish to make a difference.

What you will do

As Lead Sales & Save you are responsible for Sales and Savedesk for Customer Service Broadband & TV. You continuously develop way of work to make sure that we are maximizing sales opportunities and decreasing churn in Customer Service. You ensure that Sales & save is done with high quality and always from the customer need's perspective. You challenge the way things are done and work closely with internal departments to give Customer Service optimal conditions to create best in class sales culture in Customer Service.

You will be part of Customer Service Partner Management team that is responsible for the performance of our Customer Service partners.

You work closely with our Customer Service Partners to make sure that they have the conditions and activities in place to reach Telenor's targets within your area.

Your key responsibilities
* Responsible for Customer Service Broadband & TV reaching the Sales and save targets expected from the Channel
* Ensure sales quality and that all sales and saves are done according to Telenor's code of conduct and based on the customer's needs
* Managing our Customer Service partners for your area in cooperation with key staff at Partners
* Create best possible conditions for Customer Service to reach targets, by for instance driving traffic to our Sales teams
* Challenge and develop sales & save processes

Who you are

As a person, you are structured, analytical and passionate about Sales. You have previous experience with Customer Service or similar Sales channels. Your work is characterized by a data-driven approach in combination with an ability to see connections and understand the overall impact and needs in Customer Service. As we work in a challenging environment with a high tempo, you need to be a flexible and unpretentious team player with a positive attitude.

Your experiences
* Prior experience of working in a Business Manager, Sales Manager or Leader in Customer Service
* University degree in Economics or similar is meriting
