Your main focus areas will be the following:
Understand and be updated about the content of the Brands' Road map in respective of New Services offering and ...

• manage, at GTP, the realization of new services and thereafter new revenues accordingly
Develop the concerned business plan, map and follow up projects and their statuses
Be an active member of the cross functional activity with the Brand(s) and the concerned technology divisions
Be proactive in the dialogue with stakeholders, proposing solutions
Find the solution on how to optimize/leverage the current supplier base, otherwise scouting together with the buyers, new partnership in the market
Coordinate the communication towards the stakeholders, both internally at GTP and at Volvo Group
Individuate gaps/overlaps in deliveries and competences proposing solutions
Be operational when required (finding suppliers/partners, negotiating, and managing contracts etc)
Securing the performance in accordance with the purchasing focus areas
Present purchasing revenue status at the different Management teams at GTP (Regions, Purchasing Strategy and Digitalization, Electromobility Autonomous & Electronic - Purchasing, etc.)

Since we don't know you yet, we might not have everything right about your background and experience. But we do know that we need someone with the ability to drive change and who dares to try things no one has done before. The most important thing for us is that you are:

Strong in the X-functional collaboration skills (internal VG & GTP)
Experienced in purchasing and partnership management
A true team player which attitude make it easy to establish trust and network
Highly skilled in supplier/partnership management
Excellent to lead tasks forward, to do and get things done
Competent in Negotiation, with digitalization skills and business acumen
Creative, entrepreneureal

We also believe you have an adequate academic education and experience from the area of purchasing and understand the business development in the area of digitalization. The fluency in Swedish language is a bonus.
The position is located in Gothenburg.
