For managing our most complex Powertrain Projects the next coming years, we are now looking for Lead Project Managers Engineering (PMe)!
What are your new challenges as the Lead Project Manager Engineering?
As Lead PMe you are an expert within project management. In this role, you are the PE responsible for driving the projects and securing delivery according to QDCF (Quality, Delivery, Cost and Feature). You are expected to be managing different stakeholders and to master project prerequisites over time. Your responsibility as Lead PMe is also to act as a role model to your peer Project Managers, coaching and leading them in the right direction based on your broad knowledge and experience.
Who are we?
Complete Powertrain is a vital part of Powertrain Engineering and the section has the overall responsibility for the system integration of all components and systems, which together build a Complete Powertrain delivery. This includes the responsibility for features- and quality-fulfillment of the complete powertrain.
We now stand in front of significant challenges - one of the bigger ones being to reduce transport emitted CO2 emissions - and we are adapting to take this on by simplifying and empowering our organization and way of working. As an integrated part of this, we have high expectations to reduce development lead-time and cost, as well as to drive innovation and employee engagement. This through our leaders, leading technology and people.

• Master of Science or equivalent
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of Powertrain systems
• Proficient skills in team building
• Several years of experience from the automotive industry
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
