Aftermarket Project Office (AMPO) is a function within Aftermarket Technology Gothenburg responsible for bringing significant contribution to the performance of our Truck brands by providing the right level of Project Management resources, with the right competence and best in class ways of working.
Role description
As Lead Project Manager within AMPO, you will be a key player in the most extensive vehicle and/or driveline projects.
You will have the role as Aftermarket Project Manager and work in close cooperation with a variety of stakeholders including Product Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, and Servicemarket and Sales to secure the complete aftermarket solution for our customers.
You will be responsible for the project performance and work with a broad perspective from concept development in the early phases - to the later project phases managing planning, development and delivery. This position offers challenges and visibility at many levels.
Main responsibilities
Secure Aftermarket Readiness including repair, service and diagnostic solutions.
Manage the project according to set Aftermarket targets and business objectives.
Take an active role in improving ways of working to maximize customer value output.

Qualification
Extensive project management experience and/or line management
Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing
Fluent in English, verbally and in writing
Automotive industry knowledge
Master of Science in Engineering
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar
