Nasdaq is now looking for a Lead Project Manager to join our international team in Stockholm. This is an extraordinary opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of complex technical systems of varying sizes to new and existing clients and to be a part of discovering new technologies within the financial industry. Furthermore, it is a great opportunity for you to bring your technical background, financial interest, and curiosity to deliver and develop new core functionality for Nasdaq's clients around the world.
As a Lead Project Manager you will be a part of an international department that serves clients and delivers solutions to market places across the globe, such as Singapore, New York and Istanbul. You will be working in a technical competent team that is characterized by innovation and development in a high pace working environment.
The role entails responsibilities such as:
* Plan, lead and execute software development / Technical complex systems projects and programs for Nasdaq's clients.
* Project budget responsibility and follow-up.
* Work and discover new technologies to build complex technical systems to provide to our clients.
* Develop internal- and external client relationships
* Take an active part together with the PMO team in improving our delivery methodology, supporting tools and processes.
Education and Professional Accomplishments
* University degree qualified in civil engineering.
* 7+ years of project lead/relevant experience, preferably within software development.
Skills and Requirements
* You are client oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills, as the role will require you to liaise with different departments, business teams, and clients at all levels.
* Being part of a transformation from classic project management to agile project management is a merit
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication skills in English
