hela Sverige Cerner's hosting organization, CernerWorks, is growing, and is currently seeking a Lead Production Owner to join the Global CernerWorks Client Operations team. This position will be based in our Stockholm office. CernerWorks' primary function is to host, manage, and monitor client systems. CernerWorks provides disaster recovery and temporary hosting services for Cerner clients. CernerWorks offers a remote hosting option (RHO) that provides superior performance, security, reliability, and scalability with a lower upfront financial commitment from the client by combining hardware, networking technologies, and technical expertise. It allows healthcare organisations to leverage the most sophisticated and powerful IT solutions available today from our state-of-the-art data centers.
In this role, you will be part of a Global team in a fast-paced environment, spanning different time zones as you work with various Clients, teams and team members to lead the management of both live production and non-production systems in order to keep systems running at peak performance with the primary objectives of client satisfaction, incident free and system uptime within contracted service level agreements. As a successful Lead Production Owner, you will be expected to do well in the following:
Manage 4 or more CernerWorks live clients or manage 4 or more live client-facing solutions
Maintain, monitor, and manage client systems, and serve as key technical contact for the client
Analyze, troubleshoot and improve system performance
Analyze complex technical issues related to implementation of new technologies or customization of existing technologies
Consult on technical environment and hardware configuration decisions
Facilitate client incident response
Lead weekly meetings with clients
Support environment and domain planning and management
Mentor junior members of the team
Provide subject matter expertise and contribute to the architect community on technology improvements
Basic qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field or equivalent by working experience
At least 7 years technical support work experience
Fluent in English
At least 3 years Cerner Millennium experience
Preferred qualifications
At least 4 years in Health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience, or related field, or equivalent by working experience
Expectations
Job based in Stockholm, Sweden
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
Willing to work on call shifts as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
