The team has the responsibility to deliver and coordinate technical support for the Volvo & Renault products towards Market companies and Importers within the areas cab, chassis & vehicle dynamics, electrical, electronics and telematics.
THIS IS THE ROLE
As a Lead Product Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving Telematics and Vehicle Connectivity hardware and software related problems in our customer's trucks. Development of innovative solutions to resolve customer issues is one of the most important deliveries in the job. You will act as a team lead, follow support lead times and identify competence and training needs for the Vehicle Connectivity agile team. To build your own and the team's competences you will need to follow the technology development, by being part-time embedded, within the design department agile teams. You will prioritize and communicate customer issues to be introduced in release train work. Contributing to the development of Technical Service strategies and processes is also an important part of your work.

Required knowledge/experience
You have a Master or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent technical university degree.
This is a specialist role; therefore your experience from Electrical Engineering or Vehicle Connectivity design or verification is very important.
Since we are a truly global company, fluency in English is fundamental. As we also have a strong domestic market, fluency in Swedish is also a pre-requisite.
