Job Description
As Product Owner Lead for Studio you are responsible for Product Management team that consist of Product Owners and Proses Masters reporting to you. You are overseeing development progress, product quality of all products produced by Studio and representing Studio Roadmap. Together with Product Owners and Process Masters team in the Game Studio you are responsible for effective delivery and best quality of game products produced in the Studio.
You are keeping Games Studio Roadmap in accordance with company strategy. You are the main contact point for all external stakeholders with all questions requests about Studio Roadmap. Together with Product team you are researching market, assessing competitors' landscape and determining customers' needs. Based on this knowledge and priorities of Company Backlog you are developing products and features that contribute to Games in Portfolio.
You are fully involved in game development process at least on one project in a role of Product Owner to be up to date with latest game development flow and understand all challenges that team face. You are working on growth and motivation of product team in the Studio. Setting targets for personal and team development and securing great working environment for your team.
Qualifications
English Advanced level
Internal Candidates: Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Owner role
External Candidates: Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Manager role
Leadership skills
Analytical skills
Great communication skills
Understanding of Gambling industry
Ability to understand market trends and identify opportunities
Developed Project Management experience and understanding of Production Flow optimization
Ability to manage and overview a Product Studio Roadmap
Good understanding of technical aspect of web-based games/applications
