About the Company
We're happy to support our client, a tech company in Malmö. This is a direct recruitment where Mero manages the process, and you'll be hired directly by the company. We'll share more about the company as you move forward in the process.
About the Role
In this role, you'll work both operationally and strategically, taking ownership of the overall design vision and roadmap to drive cohesive, user-centred experiences across all our brand websites. Collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and marketers, you'll ensure that every interaction reflects our storytelling and business goals.
You'll lead and grow a small, driven design team with big ambitions. Together, you'll shape clear and user-friendly experiences, balancing usability with strong visual design. You'll take ownership of the design system and make sure everything stays consistent, smart, and scalable. If you're someone who cares about accessibility, design craft, and building great things in close collaboration - you'll feel right at home in this role.
Who You Are
Several years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design and scalable design systems.
Experience in leadership roles and/or within e-commerce is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
Solid understanding of front-end principles and effective collaboration with development teams.
Fluency in English is a requirement
