The Lead Product Architect plays a pivotal role in supporng our legacy C++ applicaon for Aviaon Crew Tracking and Flight Operaons. With 10 - 15 years of experience in engineering, this posion demands deep technical experse and a passion for innovaon. The ideal candidate will lead architectural transformaons, ensure compliance with aviaon regulaons, and drive technological advancements. Knowledge of global airline regulatory rules is a plus.
Key Responsibilies:
Architectural Leadership: Take ownership of the architectural vision and strategy for the legacy C++ applicaon, driving its modernizaon and scalability to meet the evolving needs of the Aviaon industry.
Technology Experse: Leverage your deep technical experse to guide the architectural decisions and implementaons, ensuring they align with industry best pracces and emerging trends.
Legacy System Transformaon: Lead the architectural transformaon of the legacy applicaon, opmizing its performance, and ensuring seamless integraon with modern SaaS technologies.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with regulatory flying rules and standards for airlines in different regions. Ensure the soware aligns with these regulaons, providing airlines with compliant soluons.
Collaboraon: Collaborate closely with cross-funconal teams, including development, product management, and quality assurance, to drive architectural excellence throughout the product development lifecycle.
Mentorship: Mentor and coach technical teams, fostering a culture of connuous learning and innovaon.
Qualificaons:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in C++ programming and a strong passion for technology.
Experience in modernizing legacy applicaons (preferred).
Knowledge of regulatory flying rules for airlines in different regions is preferred.
Excellent communicaon and leadership skills.
Ability to work effecvely in a collaborave, dynamic environment.
