Our dream candidate:
We are looking for a skilled lead programmer with a passion for online gaming. You will be leading and building a team of online and backend programmers. The ideal candidate has been working as a senior programmer or lead programmer on MMO games in the past. You have a strong understanding of the MMO genre and enjoy playing at least one in your free time.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate, mentor and build a cohesive online programming team
• Work with production and programmers to create tasks and schedule estimates for the team
• Determine the tech needs for the team
• Carry out other related tasks
Profile:
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
• Strong communication skills
• Teamwork skills
• MMO gaming experience is a plus
Skills and experience:
• Leadership experience
• Excellent C and/or C++ programming skills
• Experience of server programming, including database programming
• Experience of distributed systems and online services(i.e. guilds, trade etc)
• Experience in high- and low level scalability issues, stability and security testing of services
• Good understanding of Software Engineering principles
