The position is based in our Gothenburg head quarters.
The NA-KD family is searching for a Lead Merchandiser to oversee the responsibilities of the merchandising department. We are searching for a candidate who won't squint at challenges and will problem-solve their way out of any situation, no matter how long it takes!
Work Duties
• Execute merchandising strategies and seasonal plans to build profitable assortments that will meet internal margin goals.
• Work daily in programs such as: EPI, Navision, InRiver, Screen9 and eSales.
• Possess knowledge of overall department to be able to provide team members with all requested information.
• Responsible for driving all online product presentation and merchandising opportunities on nakd.com
• Maintain on order tracking and follow up, sample tracking and daily reporting.
• Ensure all information and samples for studio are logged in and organised for easy access for all team members.
• Proactively seek out new opportunities to grow the business and further professional development.
• Anticipate department needs and organize/lead team meetings.
• Clearly communicate to Buyers and Product Development teams to achieve sales goals.
• Familiarity in an analytics platform, with grasp of meaningful eCommerce KPI's.
• Work in a group.
You will also be recruiting,putting up campaigns, managing discounts and collabs.Quality controlling, planning, making statistics, manage the product flow and much much more.
Job Requirements
• Prior online merchandising experience will be highly preferred.
• Ability to multitask and adjust to shifting priorities in a fast paced environment.
• High knowledge of MS Excel.
• Process-oriented mindset with creative problem solving ability.
• Basic understanding of IT processes.
• Must be able to learn new systems.
• Must be able to develop relationships at all levels and work in a collaborative environment.
