Job description:
We need a very experienced Java developer starting 15th of November.
We need a Lead developer as part of our core team in Gothenburg.
We will build A global solution for procurement, follow-up and storage of material supporting the process of Building Physical test Objects.
We will be pilot togheter with the project Protom to use the PLM Service bus and there will be interesting challenges implementing a good solution supporting business needs.
We will replace todays systems because they are really unstable and malfunctioning.
Project is estimated to prolong to 2013-12-31. We will probably need the resource through out the project.
Skills needed:
The person we need should have experience from Scrum development and also have leadership experience.
He/she should have a key role in our core team and will together with our software architect lead the development of the final product.
We expect this person to have +10 years of experience from development with focus on development with Java.
This role will be responsible for part of the design and also being the role that secure the code base and keep track of the details.
The person will act in a leading development role and needs to be well prepared in what should be achieved and how for each sprint.
This person will most likely be responsible for most of the dialogue with our offshore team.
The needed communication around solution outside our scrum meeting that is.
We will during this phase build up a core team in Gothenburg where it is important that this resource is located, to be able to work closely with the Software architect.
