Here at H&M's IT department we strive to create effective IT-solutions with high quality. This requires that we have a coordinated way of working with IT-security. As lead IT-security architect you will play a significant role, where your main tasks, simply put, will be to analyze, adopt, and ensure that the security architecture is adjusted to current and future risks. You will be the focal point for how we work with, improve and follow up on the work with security.
The position is within the Governance Function within the IT-division Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) in Stockholm. I&O develop infrastructure services and ensure global 24/7 IT-operation for all business units within H&M Group. The workplace is both creative and dynamic. The pace is high and we always challenge each other to think outside the box. You will be actively working with development of new security abilities at the same time as you manage risk- and threat assessments and give recommendations for adjustment of current architecture. The large complexity and the rapid expansion make this job not only challenging but also very emerging for you as a person, and not at least very very fun!
In order to be successful we think that you have experience from working with IT-security architecture in leading positions at a large IT-department. You as a person can easily analyze threats and risks in a complex IT-landscape. You can explain security related matters on a holistic level as well as on detail level to different stakeholders. You can go from words to action hand have the ability to work both in theory and practice in order to make things happen. Although you already are senior in your role you still have the ambition and capacity to develop further.

Main tasks
As lead IT-security architect at I&O you will have a significant responsibility - and you will have lots of fun. Your daily tasks will, among others, consist of:
• Support area- and solution architects in order to establish a sound security architecture
• Ensure the security aspects within target architecture and roadmaps
• Perform threat and risk assessments and create security aware recommendations
• Ensure that I&O follow the security process
• Ensure that I&O meet the security requirements regarding IT-systems and services
• Charter, analyze and prioritize needed mitigations and changes in IT-architecture.
As all other employees at H&M you are open, social, communicative, sales oriented and ambitious team player. You are driven and have a positive attitude. To be successful we think you have the following experiences and skills:
• Several years of experience from work with IT-security within a large organization
• Experience from working in leading positions
• Deep knowledge, both technical and theoretical, within IT-security and IT-architecture
• Experience from by you own driving security related work forward
• Used to perform workshops
• Ability to create pedagogic and distinct documentation
• Good Swedish and English, both oral and written
Other skills, educations and certifications with the area of IT-security will be a merit.
