We create software solutions to support clinicians and healthcare professionals in hospitals and healthcare organisations worldwide, and we are looking for a Lead Integration Architect to join an exciting project across Region Västra Götaland (VGR) for an integrated digital healthcare environment, replacing many existing IT systems in hospitals and primary care facilities for a comprehensive solution. The new system includes a service to manage the health of their 1.6 million citizens and a modern digital care system that allows for increased patient participation, safer patient experience, and improved work environment for healthcare professionals.
As a Lead Integration Architect, you will be accountable for leading integrated client engagements.
The role will involve participation in sales and marketing activities at the client site when needed. Once a new project begins, you will engage with client leadership in strategic planning activities in order to articulate the required organisational alignment and support, resulting in a multi-year client roadmap. Using consulting skills, you will provide cross-functional collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders to execute integration and domain strategy for highly complex client programs. Additionally, you will advise the cross-functional stakeholders to impact solution direction and functionality with relation to integration and stability.
Additionally, you will be expected to provide leadership and guidance in support to the Integration Architect Community.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care, General Studies or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 7 years of software work experience implementing Cerner Millennium.
Completed 2 projects within the last 3 years using the Consulting Framework Methodology.
Expectations:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
Ability to travel up to 100%
