Within the Hardware Development at Westermo team, a group of engineers and specialist work together on creating and designing new data communication products that live up to the high-quality standards that Westermo is known for. You will also be working with our Operations Team, for example with prototype testing and preparing for serial production. This means, that in this role, you get to be part of the entire chain; from idea to design, testing and production.

We believe that you will enjoy working at Westermo if you want to be involved in projects from start to finish and see your ideas come to life in a near-by factory. We expect you to bring competences and drive to the table, but we don't expect you to know everything. You will have plenty of great people around you, supporting you along the way.
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical engineering or similar (or equivalent working experience in the field)
• Experience in working with Power Supply Design, preferably with different topologies (approx. 5 years of experience would be suitable for this position)

In return, we offer: You will be working at the forefront of technology in a friendly, open culture where we you get the opportunity to learn from skilled colleagues every day. A mature and caring leadership in a flat organization. Through our collective bargain agreement you will be covered in terms of insurance, pension and other benefits.
