Because we're growing at an accelerated pace and expanding throughout Europe, everyone in the team have to cooperate to overcome the challenges that come with growth. You'd be the person in charge of making the frontend squad a lean machine.
THE POSITION
VOI is founded with the belief that if we collaborate with cities and other stakeholders, we will be more impactful. The product you'd be working on is called Fleet Management (FM). It's used by us to communicate and collaborate with cities as well as internally. In fact, almost everyone at VOI uses Fleet Management daily. FM is the heartbeat of our organisation, because VOI Technology uses technology (pun intended!) to make everyone in the company pull together.
Our backend engineers will be providing your squad with API's and integration points. You'll make those API's into peopleware. Further, as a lead, you'd be responsible for a group of two developers and a designer.
