hela Sverige Do you want to help shape the future of sustainable mobility? Together Tech is now looking for a Lead Engineer in Power Electronics and Hardware Development, with a focus on electromobility and system-level design for the automotive industry.
We work on projects related to both passenger cars and heavy vehicles, together with everything from established OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to innovative startups. To strengthen our offer within electromobility, we are looking for someone with experience in leading design work, driving cross-functional initiatives, and taking responsibility for deliveries from start to finish. As Lead Engineer, you will take on a central role in electromobility projects involving passenger cars and heavy vehicles. You'll be a key player in concept development, system design, and cross-functional coordination, taking full ownership of technical deliveries from idea to implementation.
Your technical bakgrund
Master's/Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field
Has at least 5 years of experience in product development within the automotive industry, including some years in a technical leadership role
Strong expertise in hardware design and power electronics, ideally within electric drivetrains, HV components, or similar systems for passenger cars or heavy vehicles
Communicates well across disciplines and builds trust with both colleagues and clients
You hold a valid B driver's license valid in Sweden
Good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of Swedish is considered merit.
