We are now looking for a Lead Engineer, Structural Dynamics!
Description
We are looking for a person who wants to work in a Laboratory environment as a NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) engineer reinforcing a number of competence areas within automotive NVH.
You will be part of a NVH center of expertise that now will be built up, and there you will be responsible for a specific area within the team.
You will work cross functional in the company and also work with external assignments.
The role as Lead Engineer, Structural Dynamics, involves among other things:
• To be responsible for target setting and validation for the actual competence areas.
• To take active part in investigating N&V issues and to develop and evaluate solutions to these issues in close cooperation with design and other testing departments.
• To assist the production site in N&V related issues.
• Contact with both internal clients and external customers
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
• University engineering education.
• Engineering experience from relevant area, min 5 years.
• Hands-on- and theoretical knowledge and experience in the actual automotive N&V-area.
• Knowledge of remedies and relevant solutions in the actual automotive N&V-area.
• Relevant experience and skills for performing and evaluating N&V tests.
• Experience in working with internal and external contacts
• Driving license B.

• Structural dynamics
• Electric motors
• System- and Customer actuated Component Noise
• Psycho Acoustics

• Be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
