We are now looking for a Lead Engineer Quality Assurance!
Description
The amount of Software and electronics in modern cars increases and the prognosis is that it will increase even more in the future. A vast majority of new functionality in vehicles includes Software & Control.
You will be part of Vehicle Motion SW & Controls. The organization is responsible for requirement setting, design/implementation and testing for Software intense systems that affect Vehicle Motion. You will continuously develop and improve the processes and methods within the organization to obtain high efficiency and high quality output. As Lead Engineer Quality Assurance you will plan and lead quality activities in the car projects and develop/refine process and methods to secure high efficiency and high quality output.
The role involves:
- Develop processes and methods.
- Lead training sessions for engineers.
- Review work products and artefacts.
- Participating in analysis of designs such as FMEA, FTA etc.
- Lead and plan quality activities in the projects.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor or Master in Science
- 5 years of experience
- Domain knowledge ISO/IEC 15504, Automotive SPICE.
- Domain knowledge Scrum and Agile methods.
- Experience from software intense systems.
- Experience from development of embedded systems with high real time requirements.
- Experience from systems with functional safety requirements and related standards, ISO-26262.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
