We are now looking for a consultant for a Lead Engineering role for completing engineering-based power grid projects for a major customer in the energy sector.
Assignment * Develops, communicates, and executes operational plans for engineering based projects. * Prepares designs, project controls, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates. * Manages activities related to production, transportation, installation, testing, and commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, or equipment. * Monitors project progress and performance, addressing issues proactively to reduce delays. * Identifies, secures, and organizes the resources needed to complete the project. * May create engineering standards, detailed work specifications, project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. * Supports decisions on selecting materials, equipment, project team members, and external contractors. * Applies advanced expertise gained through higher-level education and significant work experience. * Manages projects or processes with a high degree of independence and minimal supervision. * Provides coaching, guidance, and review of work performed by junior professionals. * Tackles challenging and occasionally complex problems requiring specialized judgment.
Candidate profile * Well documented (10+ years) experience in relevant Engineering field * On a national level unique competence relevant to TCO qualifications and requirements for the assignment. * Other factors which can qualify is a post-graduate degree (Doctor degree) in a relevant area or other documented credentials. * Tasks and qualifications required extended beyond Senior and Principal Engineer.
Övrigt Swedish is mandatory Remote possible but needs to be at least in the office 3 day a week and needs to travel to sites of both customer in Sweden and suppliers abroad.
