We are now looking for a Lead Engineer for Crash area!
Description
The Body and Exterior Team, that you will be part of, is incorporated in a bigger unit inside the Technical Development Organization. You will part of a team of Engineers, with your primary responsibility for CAE Body Calculation. The CAE Engineer primarily collaborates internally with Lead Engineers and technical specialists and externally with suppliers.
The role as Lead Engineer Crash involves:
• Work as a specialist in calculations of collision with LS-DYNA
• Support the Crash engineering and product development organization with a theoretical and practical knowledge in the crash are
• Identify opportunities and/or implement changes to improve products or processes and reduce costs
• Evaluate the feasibility of new proposals and products
• Develop processes and routines for the department
• Anchor the assignment's decisions , development and status with the responsible management
We are looking for someone who has:
• Minimum education of a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
• Engineering experience from Crash calculation in automotive 8 years or more
• Experience of LS-DYNA as well as pre- and post-processor such as ANSA, Metapost, or Hyper Works.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver license B
