Would you like to be a part of the technology shift in the hybrid machines? Within the System Electromobility Loaders department, we work with the machine functionality for future loaders. When the transmission and hydraulic systems no longer have a firm connection to the diesel engine speed, new strategies for machine control and layout emerges. In the future, most of the machine characteristics will move from hardware to software and we at the System Electromobility Loaders department are responsible for that software.
We are a team of around 10 engineers who want to make the best hybrid wheel loaders in the world. Working in the team means working both high and low in the development phases, in advanced engineering, early phases as well as in new product projects.
We are now searching for a lead engineer to strengthen our team.
Job tasks can be for example
• Represent electromobility system department for cross functional work
• Plan team work and support the team
• Work with system design, both HW and SW
• Trouble shoot or calibrate functions in a machine
• Implement and simulate the behaviour of new functions in Simulink
• Create and refine requirements
• Work cross functionally with other departments to design and secure the very best machine functionality and new machine concepts
We strive to have a broad competence and to work with all the different steps in the development process to make the job more fun and efficient.
Since we are a company with many international connections, you must be comfortable in both speaking and writing in English. There may also be occasional traveling.

Technical qualifications
• Master or Bachelor of Science in relevant field
• Experience in system design
• Experience in leading teams
• Experience in model based design
• Experience in developing SW for embedded systems and real time programing
• Experience in requirement management and documentation of SW
• Product knowledge
Personal qualifications/profile
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Target and result oriented
• Ability to work and perform in cross-functional project teams, both inside and outside the company
• Self-motivating and able to take initiatives
• Interested in machines, vehicles and new technologies
