We are now looking for a Lead Engineer - Electrical Architecture Cyber Security!
Description
The Electrical Architecture department that you will be part of, is part of an organization responsible for Electrical- and Mechanical Integration & Design TS, within Nevs R&D.
You will be a part of a team of engineers, with responsibility for the complete Electrical Architecture including general electrical requirement, function design, electrical interfaces and electrical integration.
Our cars get more and more connected to the world around them - back-office, cloud, infrastructure, other vehicles and more. This potentially opens up for cyber-attacks. We are now looking for someone to be responsible for the vehicle architecture solution to mitigate these threats. This includes among other things being responsible for threat analyses, architecture strategy and design, intrusion tests.
You will have a broad network at NEVS and need to have an understanding of related areas such as Functional Safety, Connected Vehicle architecture, Product Lifecycle Management systems. You will also be responsible for that the Function Engineer Design teams and Component Owners get clear requirements and guidelines within the cyber-security area.
The role as a Cyber Security Architect involves:
- Defining architectural requirements, guidelines and design in the cyber-security domain
- Participate in the logical design of the functionality of the vehicle
- Ensuring that the design is aligned with other areas and following the architecture requirements
- Drive and participate in different fora related to the cyber-security
- Participating in analysis of designs such as FMEA, FTA etcetera
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ways-of-working for related processes
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum education of a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience from electronics and software development in the automotive industry
- Experience from security work in the automotive domain and preferably also from the IT domain
- Good understanding of data communication and standards related to connected vehicles and cyber-security
- Familiarity with SAE J3061 is preferred
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Driver license B
