We are now looking for a Lead Engineer for Customer Information Authoring within the department of Product Lifecycle Engineering!
Description
The Product Lifecycle Engineering department is incorporated inside the Technical Development Organization. The overall responsibilities of the department Product Lifecycle Engineering are to formulate requirements, design influence, develop diagnostics and technical information as well as deliver or publish the information to customers. Our customers are both internal and external, during the vehicles complete lifecycle until scrapping.
As Lead Engineer for Customer Information Authoring, you will lead the work authoring all customer information types in the vehicles complete lifecycle.
This means you will;
• Lead and be responsible for both authoring and the authoring environments for all customer information types in the vehicles complete lifecycle.
• Define current and future needs and guide us in the right direction for authoring vehicles complete lifecycle.
We are looking for someone who has;
• University degree in Communication or equivalent experience
• Long experience working and managing CMS systems or equivalent, minimum 3 years
• Very good knowledge about HTML, SGML, XML.
• Very good knowledge and experience in graphical design
• Good knowledge about modern vehicles.
• Excellent knowledge and skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Driver license B
To be successful in the role, you need to;
• Manage assignment by yourself in both sustainable and agile environments and be able to take business decisions on a daily basis
• Handle multiple tasks at the same time and always deliver on time
• Have Functional and technical skills
• Be a team player, work is done in cooperation and coordination within the group
• Developed social skills since the work includes contacts with all levels within the company, customers and suppliers
• Have an entrepreneurial mind set and learning on the fly
• Be problem solving, action-orientated, creative and open minded
• Have good communications skills
